2018 TRAIN FOR TRYOUTS WORKSHOPS
A5 Chattanooga Volleyball & VolleyPerformance are teaming up to bring you the Youth Train For Tryouts Workshops which will familiarize young athletes with club tryout procedures. Athletes will work on various phases of the tryout process. Coaches will conduct a "mock tryout" which will include evaluations throughout the workshop. Very limited skill instruction will be given, however we will guide athletes through the drills designed to showcase their overall athletic ability and volleyball skills. Attention and feedback will be given to the athlete's court demeanor, hustle, communication and work ethic.

Confirmation of Enrollment
You will receive a confirmation email from our program administrator a few weeks before the start of the clinic confirming your child's enrollment. The email will also have details regarding what to expect and what to bring to the clinic. Thank you for your patience. Make sure you check your spam mail!
Payment of Fees
Registrations will be accepted on a first come-first served basis through our online registration system. Please be advised that, prior to previous years, your child is not considered to be registered until payment has been received. Once the online registration process has been completed and payment rendered, your child’s slot in the camp/clinic is secured. A5 clinics and camps have sold out for the past several years, so we recommend that you register and pay early to reserve your slot. Online payments may be made with a credit or debit card through the website. Payments may also be made with personal checks which may be dropped off in person or mailed to the TBA. We are no longer accepting payment on the first day of the clinic/camp.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
You may also send an email to A5Chattanooga@gmail.com - For cancellations occurring 14 days or more before the first day of clinic/camp you are registered for, we will refund your paid fees minus a $25 administrative fee. Refund requests will not be honored once the 14-day deadline has passed.
The balance of the clinic/camp fee, less the $25 administrative fee, will be refunded only if:
– Family plans change and the participant can no longer attend. In this case written notification must be received 14 days before the opening date of the confirmed clinic/camp session;
– The participant does not attend due to illness or injury. A letter from a physician must accompany the refund request;
– The participant is sent home from camp due to illness or injury occurring at camp. Refunds are prorated in such cases and will be made only at the written request of the parent.
No refunds will be made if the participant does not attend the clinic/camp program (whether in partial days or full duration of the clinic/camp) or leaves early for any other reason, even if the slot is filled by another participant.
